These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Together Always. By ordering goods from Together Always you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Together Always, ("Angels Meadow", "we", or "us"). Delivery of the ashes
Upon ordering your jewellery on our website, we will send an information pack to you which includes a special ashes pouch and a secure stamped-addressed envelope for you to send us your loved one's ashes.
On receipt of the ashes we will begin to make your ordered items.
When you send your loved one's ashes to us, you are trusting us to look after them in the best way that we can. Our commitments to you as pertains to the ashes are as follows:
- The ashes will be kept in our locked premises at all times.
- All processes involving the ashes are carried out by Together Always. No other companies or parties will ever handle your loved one's ashes
- The ashes are kept in a secure, sealed bag in a container.
- They are marked clearly with your full order details, including your unique order number and your full name, address, phone number and email address.
We will aim to have your competed item(s) delivered to you within 3 weeks of receiving your order. See our delivery information page for more details.
Returns and replacements
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), you may return them to us free of charge with no questions asked. Email us on [email protected] to notify us of the problem and we will send you another secure stamped-addressed envelope so you can return the item(s) to us and provide more ashes so we can make you a replacement.
